盐胁迫下外源激素对番茄种子萌发和幼苗根系生长的影响

Abstract:Inorder tospecificalladresstheissuessuchasteobstructionoftomatoseedgerminationandtheinhibitinofseedling growthcausedbysoilsainization,andtoexploretheoptimalconcentrationofphytohormonesthatcanefectivelyaleviatethesalt streseffect,tisdyoatods(JnatoN.sepeetalatel.stlyClesstreaetsife entconcentrationgradientswereconducted.Then,diferentconcentrationsofuin (IAA)andgibberelin(GA3)wereapplieduderthe salt stress treshold.Theseedgerminationtritsandrotgrowth-related indicatorsremeasuredrespectivelytoinvestigatetheeffectsof phytohormoneson thegerminationofJin TomatoNo.6seedsandthegrowthoftheirrootsundersaltstressTheresults showed that:NaCl of 25mmol⋅L-1 could promote the germination of tomato seeds and the growth of the main root.NaCl of 150 mmol ⋅L-1 hada severe inhibitory efectonseed germinationthe,andsalt stressthreshold forthegerminationof Jin Tomato No.6 seeds was 125mmol⋅L-1 .Within the preset concentration gradient range,as the concentrations increased,the promoting efects of the twophytohormonesonthegerminationate,germinationpotentialandrootgrowthof tomatoesundersaltstressgenerallyexhibiteda trend of first increasing and then weakening.Among them,when the concentration of IAA was 25mg⋅L-1 ,the germination potential was lower than that of the control group (CK); GA3 of 150mg⋅L-1 could not alleviate the adverse effects of salt stress on the seed germination traits.Under the NaCl stress of 125 mmol·L-1 ,the concentrations of auxin (IAA) and gibberellin (GA3) that could most effectively relieve the NaCl stress were both 100mg⋅L-1 ,and the alleviating effect of GA3 on salt stress was greater than that of IAA.In conclusion,appropriate concentrations of IAA and GA3 can effectively reduce the inhibitory effects of NaCl on the germination of Jin TomatoNo.seedsandthegrowthofsedings,providingcertaintheoreticalsupprtforthefuturecultivationandproductionofhighquality tomato varieties in saline-alkali land.
