套袋处理对六代红星苹果品质及香气影响的气相色谱/质谱分析

Abstract:Researchintotheefectsofbaggingonthephysicochemicalqualityandaromaofsixth-generationRedStarapplesservesas atheoreticalbasisforenhancingfruitqualityintheTianjinregion.Theexperimentusedsixth-generationRedStarapplesasthetest materialandconductedbagingandnon-baggingasontroltreatments.Bymeasuringindicatorssuchasfruitlongiudialandtrans versediameters,olublesolisontent,tratablecidityevetose,etc.nalyngtheimpactofbaggingonfruitualityAddaly Headspace Solid Phase MicroextractionGas Chromatography MassSpectrometry(HS-SPME)combined with Gas chromatographymasspectrometry(GC-MS)wasusedtodeterminefruitaromacomponents.Theresultsindicatedthatbaggingsignificantlyenhances thecolorandaromaqualityofsixth-generationRed Starapples.Bagedfruitsshowedanincreaseinindividualfruit weight,adecreaseinfruitdensityndeductions inrdnes,solublesodsontent,titratableacidity,ndvitaminCcontent.Aromaompont analysisrevealedthatbaggingmodifiesthecompostionandcontentoffruitaromacomponents.Iconclusion,thesixth-generation Red Star apples subjected to bagging treatment can better preserve their aroma and enhance their sensory quality.
