环保酵素对烟苗生长发育的影响

Abstract:Toelucidatetheefectsofeco-enzymesonthegrowthanddevelopmentoftobaccoseedlings,afloatingseedlingexperiment wasconducted toscreen diferentapplication methodsandconcentrationsof eco-enzymes.Theresults indicatedthateco - enzymessignificantlypromotedotgowth,ryateraumulation,edinghight,andleafea,terebyimprovingtheveallowth performanceof tobacosedlings.Thecomprehensivequalityofthetreatedsedlingswassuperiortothatofthecontrol.Teoptimal application methodswerefoliarsprayingandaditiontothenutrientsolution.Forfoliarspraying,twoapplicationswereperfored duringthecrosstage(dilutedOOo-fold)andtherootextensionstage(diluted5OO-fold).Whenaddedtothenutrientsolutionthe recommendedconcentrationrangedfrom1OOto150O-folddilution.Compared with thecontrol(CK),therateofrobustseedlings increased by more than 8% ,while the rate of weak seedlings was reduced to as low as 8.80% . In conclusion,the use of eco enzymes infloatingseedlingsstemssignifcantlyehancestobacoseedlinggrowth,iprovesteproportionofobustseedlings,andrduces the occurrence of weak seedlings.
