Abstract:Thisstudyfocusesonthetechnologyofimprovingthefatigueresistanceperformanceofautomotivefasteners,ndconducts comprehensiveresearchoarioustechicalmeanssuchasmaterialselectionsurfacetreatmentandtructuraloptizatioogh theoreticalanalysismericalsimulationdxprimentaltestintinfuencemechnsofrioufctorsottigestae performanceofautomotivefastenersisdeeplyanalyzed.Theresearchresultsshowthatselectinghigh-strengthandhightoughness materialsreasonablyusingadvancedsurfacetreatmentprocessessuchsshotpeeningandnitridingtreatmentandptiingthe designoffastenerstructurescanimprovethefatigueresistanceperformanceofautomotivefasteners,extendtheirservicelifeand provide strong guarantees for safeand stable operationof automobiles.
