Abstract:Witteainmandfowehtigreisionntprdctioinutomotieustreel hubmanufacturingprocessisundergoingatransformationtowardsinteligenceandautomation.Thisartcletakesautomobilewheel hubmanufactringstheesearchectandombneskeytehnologissuchaiialdesigninteligentdetectiondfleible manufacturingtoproposeanintegratedautomationproductionlinearchitectureanddata-drivenfullprocessmanagementsolution.By analyzing the limitations of traditional processes,innovative methods such as Al+3D visual inspection, four-dimensional manufacturing technolgyandMSsystemoptiizationarentroducedtoimproeproductiofciencyndreduceprocessingenergcotion providingtheoreticalandpracticalbasisforthetransformationandupgradingoftheautomotivewheelhubmanufacturingindustry.
