Research on the Application of Biochip Technology in Food Inspection

Abstract： With the increasing concern of food safety， biochip technology， as an efficient and high-throughput detection method， shows a broad application prospect in food inspection. This paper summarizes the principles of biochip technology and its application in food inspection， and discusses its challenges and future development prospects.
