Red X方法论在新能源敞篷车研发中的实践应用

摘 要：对于复杂的工程问题，使用不同的分析方法对解决问题的效率都有所不同。在新能源敞篷车开发过程中，结合谢宁Red X方法论从Y到X的思路，通过基于证据的拆分策略，精准快速分析顶篷系统验证问题的根本原因，为新产品开发中复杂问题的分析提供借鉴。

Using Shainin Red X Methodology Analysis Folding Top System Test Problems

Abstract：For complex engineering problems analysis， use different analysis methodology will get different efficiency. In new Cabriolet development process， the team according to the Y to X's strategy from Shainin Red X， gradually get the root cause， so could be precision and fast confirmed the root cause of Folding Top system test problems.
