摘 要：伴随2025智能制造的到来，企业用人需求发生了很大的变化，由传统技术技能型向创新技术型转变，高职院校对智能制造创新人才的培养还需要根据市场需求进行有效调整。本文重点分析了智能制造背景下高职院校创新型人才培养现状及存在的问题，并提出了智能制造背景下高职创新型人才培养的对策。

Analysis and Countermeasures of the Current Situation of Innovative Talents Training in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

Abstract：With the advent of intelligent manufacturing of 2025， great changes have taken place in the employment needs of enterprises， from traditional technical skills to innovative technologies. The cultivation of innovative talents in intelligent manufacturing in higher vocational colleges also needs to be effectively adjusted according to market demand. This paper focuses on analyzing the current situation and existing problems of innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing， and proposes countermeasures for the cultivation of innovative talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of intelligent manufacturing.
