高柔性拓展型黑灯智慧仓在A汽车制造企业中的研究应用

摘 要：本文从提高汽车制造企业仓储智能化自动化能力及节约成本角度出发，通过集成使用料箱机器人、视觉扫描、量方设备、自动输送系统及智慧互联管理平台等智能自动化技术，打造轻便型高柔性易拓展无人仓，实现传统的“人拣货”拣选模式转变为高效简单的“货到人”智能拣选模式，并实现物料的料箱级管控。

Abstract：In this paper， from the perspective of improving the capacity of intelligent warehouse automation and saving cost， by integrating smart automation such as Bin Robots， visual scanners， metering devices， automatic delivery systems and intelligent inter-connected management platforms， it is easy to build a lightweight， highly flexible and extendable unmanned bin， the traditional“People picking” picking mode is transformed into an efficient and simple“People picking” intelligent picking mode， and the control of materials at the bin level is realized.
