Generation Logic and Design Strategies of the Integrated "Learn-PracticeCompete-Evaluate" Model for Physical Education Homework ZHAO Fei

Abstract:Based on the domain of specialized motor skills in compulsory education, this article analyzes the generative logic and design strategies of an integrated " learn-practice-competeevaluate" model for physical education homework. The study argues that the integration of " learn-practice-compete-evaluate" in physical education homework shares a consistent goal orientation, a symbiotic essential relationship, and a common practical model with school - based physical education activities, reflecting its normative, inevitable, and practical generative logic. From a design strategy perspective, seting precise goals aligned with physical literacy development serves as the directional guide; multi-stakeholder collaboration among teachers, parents, and students in constructing homework content is a critical element; standardizing the practical operational procedure of " watch - learn - practice - compete ( challnge)-assess" constitutes'the core essence ; adopting diagnostic, process-oriented,and summative diversified evaluation methods forms the fedback pathway; and data -intelligent drive is an evidence-based improvement strategy for the integrated design of "learn-practicecompete-evaluate" in physical education homework.

《义务教育体育与健康课程标准2022年版》指出,体育与健康课程依据学生的学习需求和兴趣爱好,面向全体学生,落实“教会、勤练、常赛"要求,注重“学-练-赛”一体化教学[1];而通过“评”去验证、反馈“学-练-赛”的效果,并及时查漏补缺、优化调整并形成学习闭环,以深入挖掘“以体育人”的功能价值和指向“学以致用”的教学活动组织,能够切实践行“以学定教”的理念,突出教师的指导性,真正实现“用教材教”,让学生走到课堂正中央[2]。(剩余8173字)
