Deepening the Three-dimensional Investigation Mechanism of Sports Evaluation under the Background of Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era Interpretation， Design and Promotion

Abstract：Based on the requirement of " strengthening physical education evaluation" in the " Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era" ， this paper systematically constructs a three- in -one physical education assessment mechanism that combines“daily participation， physical fitness monitoring and specialized skills testing". The research is theoretically expounded from four dimensions： first， promoting the practical deepening of the integration of moral， intellectual， physical， aesthetic and labor education; second， aligning with the new goals of school physical education of " enjoying fun， enhancing physical fitness， building a sound personality and tempering willpower" ； third，building a vertically connected and horizontally integrated " learning -practicing -competing" integrated teaching system； fourth， improving the evaluation index system oriented towards the core literacy of physical education and health. In terms of design concept， it emphasizes taking the reform of education evaluation as the theoretical guidance to clarify the assessment orientation， taking the theory of all - round development as the value orientation to optimize the implementation path， strengthening the educational effect through the collaborative mechanism of family -school -society， and promoting mechanism innovation relying on the strategy of integrating sports and education. Finally， it proposes a systematic promotion strategy including the assessment of daily participation， physical fitness monitoring， specialized sports skils testing，and the deep integration of courses and assessment mechanisms.

2020年10月13日，中共中央、国务院印发的《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》要求“强化体育评价”：建立日常参与、体质监测和专项运动技能测试相结合的考查机制，将达到国家学生体质健康标准要求作为教育教学考核的重要内容，引导学生养成良好锻炼习惯和健康生活方式，锤炼坚强意志，培养合作精神[1]。（剩余13682字）
