Theoretical Logic, Value Implications and Practical Orientation of Construction of Sports Event Culture under the Strategic Triangle Model Theory

Abstract: This paper defines the connotation of sports event culture by adopting literature review and logical analysis, and constructs the theoretical logic of sports event culture construction under the theory of strategic triangle model, including: diversification and hierarchy of value goals; dynamic balance and construction of authorization environment; and comprehensive enhancement of operation ability and innovation drive. At the same time,the value implication of the cultural construction of sports events is interpreted, i.e., the value goal dimension of casting sports culture self-confidence and self-reliance, and building a strong sports country; the authorization environment dimension of creating a positive social atmosphere and promoting socialist core values; and the operational capacity dimension of helping national fitness andlimproving the quality of nationals. Based on this, the practical direction of sports culture construction is proposed: to set the desired goals based on Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought and public demand; to establish a linkage mechanism that utilizes multiple means and reconciles positive and negative aspects ;and to create an operational structure that integrates new and high technologies and adheres to the principles of integrity and innovation.
