Realistic Block and Promotion Path of the Development of the National Youth Swimming U- Series Competition

Abstract：As the core platform for the training of Chinese swimming reserve talents，the national youth swimming U-series competition is of great strategic significance to the excavation of Chinese swimming talents. In order to promote the sustainable development of the national youth swimming U- series competition， this study sorts out and analyzes the events held from 2018 to 2O24， compares and draws on the advanced experience of foreign swimming competition system，and puts forward the promotion path of the event. The study found that the practical problems existing in the development of national youth swimming U-events mainly include： the high risk of swimming itself， the lack of training motivation for swimmers， the scarcity of professional swimming coaches， the lack of attraction of competition reward mechanism and honor system，the limitations of swimming training conditions and venue facilities， the uneven development of competition space， the weak promotion of competition and the imperfect management mechanism. In view of this， this paper puts forward the promotion path of the development of swimming U-series competition： strengthening the popularization of swimming and increasing the publicity of the competition， improving the organization and management system of swimming U-series competition and refining the competition rules， strengthening and optimizing the construction of swimming training and competition venues and facilities， paying attention to improving the professional ability of coaches and the level of competition guidance， and deepening the construction of competition culture and value system.
