Internal Mechanisms and Pathways for New Quality Productivity to Drive High-quality Development of Regional Sports Industries

Abstract ： New quality productivity serves as the driving force for the high-quality development of regional sports industries. Under the impetus of major national regional development strategies，the regional sports industry， as a key component， plays a significant role in promoting regional economic growth. This paper focuses on the sports industry development practices in three major regions of China： the Yangtze River Delta， the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region， and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. From the perspective of developing new quality productivity， it analyzes the current status and challenges of regional sports industries and explores the internal mechanisms and pathways through which new quality productivity drives high-quality development in these industries. The research suggests that new quality productivity drives the high-quality development of regional sports industries through four main dimensions：“new” technological productivity，“new” factor productivity，“new” collborative productivity，and “new” business model productivity. Furthermore， it explores the internal mechanisms behind how new quality productivity drives regional sports industry development， focusing on the interaction between technological innovation and industrial transformation，the alignment of regional sports market demand and supply，and the synergy between policy environments and regional market mechanisms. From the perspective of developing new quality productivity， the paper provides an analysis of the current status and challenges faced by regional sports industries and proposes several pathways for advancement ： accelerating the integration of digital technologies into regional sports industries， optimizing the allocation of regional resources， improving the structure of regional sports industries，and enhancing the regional top-level market mechanisms involving diverse stakeholders.
