Abstract:Undertheiuenceofclimatechangndaidurbanization,theisuesofurbanfloodingndwaterlogginghaveboeinceas inglysevere,ndteconsuctionofresilientcishasbcoeanimporantwaytoaddressthechallnges.Teeseachprgessoban flod multi-processcoupledsimulationsocialresponsemechanismsandresilienceassessentwereeviewedinhisstudy.Inoerto hanceurbanflooddisasterpreventioandrductiocapabiltis,teXiedrainageareiJchngCity,haniProvince,asselectea casestudyIticoporateddolicaladhdrodamicprocessndsysteegececharactestisuingstoaterflgets intoaresilieneevounframeokbsedonsstedamics,cheingdamicsssmentofflodsileewitttegatioofoth “naturalandcial”atribute.Thesultsshothatitheetesionofterecurenceerodofrinfall,thldohedanageste hassignificantlyincreased,theriskstotepopulationanduldingshavecontiuedtoise,andteincrementofurbanflodeslcehs shown an evolutionary feature of continuous decline.
