Assessment of Measurement Uncertainty for Indicated Value Error of NonInvasive Ventilators’ Measurement Parameters

Abstract: Non-invasive ventilators are mechanical ventilation devices that provide continuous positive airway pressure to the user through the mouth and nose in a non-invasive manner, controlling or assisting the user’s breathing. They are widely used and extremely important medical instruments, where the accuracy of their operational parameters is crucial for the therapeutic effect and the safety of patients’ lives. This article conducts a detailed analysis of the measurement uncertainty assessment for the indicated value error of the measurement parameters of non-invasive ventilators.
