电动工具综合检测实验台的研发

【摘要】为了进一步提升检测效率,有效地分析检测结果,并实现检测过程的可视化,本文介绍了一种用于电动工具检测用的多功能检测实验台。该实验台的研发涵盖了设计、选型、绘图、线路连接、编程、界面组态、调试、组装等多个环节,通过可编程控制器的程序开发及上位机组态软件,实现了实验台的智能控制。

Development of a Comprehensive Testing Experimental Platform for Electric Tools

Abstract: To further improve detection efficiency, effectively analyze calibration results, and achieve visualization of the detection process, this article introduces a multifunctional detection experimental platform for electric tool testing. The development of this experimental platform covers multiple stages such as design, selection, drawing, circuit connection, programming, interface configuration, debugging, assembly, etc. Through the development of programmable controllers and upper computer configuration software, intelligent control of the experimental platform has been achieved.
