电子元器件检验过程控制及优化措施研究

【摘要】抽样检验是成品检验过程中一种常用的检验方法，以少数样品的检验结果来评价整批元器件的质量，因此提交检验的样本、样品的抽取以及试验过程的控制，在整个检验过程中相当重要。本文结合实际工作中检验情况，简要阐述如何做好检验过程的控制。

Abstract： Sampling inspection is a common inspection method in the inspection process， to a few samples of the test results， to evaluate the quality of the whole batch of components， so sample extraction， test process control， in the whole inspection process is very important， combined with the actual work of the inspection situation， briefly describes how to do a good job in the inspection process control.
