大口径水流量标准装置的研制与不确定度评定

【摘要】本文介绍了DN25~DN300口径的静态质量法水流量标准装置,装置的等级为0.1级。通过分析,该装置的不确定度主要来源于计时器、电子秤质量测量、换向器的同步性、标准砝码及分辨力。该装置不确定度的评定对流量计量值传递的准确性有重要意义。

Development and Uncertainty Evaluation of A Large-diameter Water Flow Standard Device

Abstract: This article introduces a static mass method water flow standard device with a diameter of DN25~DN300, with a rating of 0.1. Through analysis, the uncertainty of the device mainly comes from the timer, electronic scale mass measurement, synchronicity of the commutator, standard weight, and resolution. The evaluation of the uncertainty of the device is of great significance for the accuracy of flow measurement value transmission.
