Experimental Analysis of Pesticide Residue Detection in Agricultural Products Based on Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

Abstract: The article first outlines the concept and technical advantages of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), then demonstrates the role of GC-MS in the detection of pesticide residues in citrus fruits through experimental methods, and finally summarizes the key points of using GC-MS for the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products. It is hoped that the dection method can be better popularized to ensure food safety in all-round way.
