医用诊断全景牙科X射线辐射源关键参数不确定度评定

【摘要】全景牙科X射线机是用于诊断口腔疾病的先进医学影像设备,广泛应用于各级医疗机构,其准确性对医生准确诊断病人口腔疾病至关重要。本文分析了医用诊断全景牙科X射线辐射源关键校准参数的不确定度来源,按照要求建立模型,对空气比释动能率及管电压的不确定度进行评定。

Abstract: The panoramic dental X-ray machine is an advanced medical imaging equipment specially equipped for the diagnosis of oral diseases, which is widely used at all levels of medical institutions, and its accuracy directly affects the measurement results and personal safety. This paper analyzes the sources of uncertainty of key calibration parameters of medical diagnostic panoramic dental X-ray radiation source, establishes a model in accordance with the requirements, and evaluated the uncertainties of the air specific kinetic energy rate and tube voltage.
