奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂有关物质方法学验证

【摘要】目的：对奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂有关物质方法进行验证。方法：HPLC法，紫外检测器，DAD检测器，梯度洗脱。结果：各已知杂质与奥美拉唑分离度均大于1.5，空白辅料不干扰各杂质的检测。结论：该方法各杂质的准确度良好，峰纯度良好，适合奥美拉唑碳酸氢钠干混悬剂的测定。

Methodological Validation of Related Substances in Omeprazole Sodium Bicarbonate Dry Suspension

Abstract： Objective： To verify the substance method of omeprazole sodium bicarbonate dry suspension. Method： HPLC， UV detector， DAD detector， gradient elution. Result： The separation degree between all known impurities and omeprazole was greater than 1.5， blank excipients do not interfere with the detection of various impurities. Conclusion： This method has good accuracy and peak purity for various impurities， and is suitable for the determination of omeprazole sodium bicarbonate dry suspension.
