双向拉伸聚酰胺(尼龙)薄膜拉伸强度不确定度的评定

【摘要】本文分析了双向拉伸聚酰胺(尼龙)薄膜拉伸强度测定的不确定度,通过建立测量不确定度的数学模型,分析了拉力机测试不确定度、厚度测试不确定度、宽度测试不确定度、重复性测试不确定度等因素对于测量不确定度的影响,并对其进行评定,研究表明重复性测试因素对于不确定度结果的影响最大。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in the Measurement of Tensile Strength of Biaxially Oriented Polyamide (Nylon) Film

Abstract: Determination of the uncertainty of the tensile strength of biaxially oriented polyamide (nylon) film is analyzed. Through establishing a mathematical model of uncertainty,the impact of factors such as uncertainty in tensile testing, uncertainty in thickness testing, uncertainty in width testing, and uncertainty in repeatability testing on measurement uncertainty is analyzed and evaluated. The research shows that repeatability test make the greatest impact on the results of uncertainty.
