提高直读光谱仪准确性的措施和效果检验

【摘要】直读光谱仪广泛地应用在冶金快速分析中,其使用过程中可能会产生一些误差,这些误差是可以减小或避免的。本文通过对人、机、料、法、环中的变异因素进行分析并采用相应方法减免误差,经过检验证实,收到了很好的效果。

Measures and Effect Test to Improve the Accuracy of Direct Reading Spectrometer

Abstract: Direct reading spectrometers are widely used in rapid metallurgical analysis, and their use may result in some errors. These errors can be reduced or avoided. This article analyzes the variation factors in human, machine, material, method, and environment, and adopts corresponding methods to reduce errors.After inspection, it has been confirmed that good results have been achieved.
