高纯铪中铁含量的测定方法研究

【摘要】本文通过实验证实,称样量为1 g,稀释10倍,以铑作内标元素,不进行基体分离,通过质量数选择消除质谱干扰,采用稀释法、内标法、标准加入法绘制校准曲线消除基体效应,可实现电感耦合等离子体质谱法对高纯铪中铁含量的测定。

Study on the Determination Method of Iron Content in High Purity Hafnium

Abstract: In this paper, it is confirmed by experiments that the sample weight is 1g, diluted 10 times, rhodium is used as the internal standard element, without matrix separation, mass spectrum interference is eliminated through Mass number selection, and matrix effect is eliminated by using dilution method, internal standard method, and standard addition method to draw calibration curve, which can realize the determination of iron content in high-purity hafnium by Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.

铪在核电军工方面具有不可替代的作用[1],高纯铪中微量、痕量杂质元素对其使用性能有显著影响[2],因此,对高纯铪的质量控制提出了越来越高的要求,建立准确可靠的高纯铪中杂质元素检测具有重要意义。(剩余4420字)
