【摘要】总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃分析仪是用于检测挥发性有机污染物的仪器。本文通过高精度动态配气装置获得甲烷标准气体,对总烃、甲烷和非甲烷总烃分析仪进行测量,并对该分析仪示值误差测量结果的不确定度进行评定。

Uncertainty Analysis of Measurement Results of Total Hydrocarbon, Methane and Non-Methane Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers

Abstract: Total hydrocarbon,methane,and non methane total hydrocarbon analyzers are instruments used to detect VOCs. In this paper, a high-precision dynamic gas dispensing device is used to obtain methane standard gas, measure total hydrocarbon, methane, and non methane total hydrocarbon analyzers, and evaluate the uncertainty of the measurement results of the analyzer’s indication error.
