浊点测定仪校准方法及测量不确定度评定

【摘要】本文主要介绍了石油产品浊点测定仪的组成和测量原理,JJF 1869—2020《石油产品倾点浊点测定仪校准规范》中最大允许误差和示值重复性技术指标范围的确定过程,以及浊点测定仪的校准方法,并评定仪器的示值误差不确定度,为石油产品浊点测定仪的校准以及日常使用提供更可靠的依据。

Calibration Method and Uncertainty Evaluation of Cloud Point Tester

Abstract: This paper introduces the composition and principle of cloud point tester, determining process of maximum allowable error and repeatability of indication value specification range of JJF 1869—2020 Calibration Specification for Pour Point and Cloud Point Testers of Petroleun Products, and the calibration method for cloud point tester then evaluate indication error uncertainty of the instrument, provides more reliable basis for the calibration and daily application of cloud point testers of petroleun products
