石蜡光安定性测定仪校准方法研究及其测量不确定度评定

【摘要】本文参考SH/T 0404—2008《石蜡光安定性测定法》和GB/T 34097—2017《石油产品光安定性测定法》，对石蜡光安定性测定仪紫外辐照度和温度参数的校准方法进行了详细的介绍，采用直接测量法对其测量值进行不确定度评定，并进行分析。

Abstract： With reference to SH/T 0404—2008 Test method for light stability of paraffin wax and GB/T 34097—2017 Test method for light stability of petroleum products. This paper introduces in detail the calibration methods of ultraviolet irradiance and temperature parameters of the paraffin light stability tester， evaluates the uncertainty of the measured values by direct measurement， and analyzes them.
