RB/T 214—2017解析及实际执行中应注意的问题

【摘要】本文对RB/T 214—2017《检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》标准所规定内容进行解析，并根据标准在机构、人员、场所环境、设备设施、管理体系上的一些要求，给出针对措施和方案。

Abstract： This paper analyzes the contents specified in the standard RB/T 214—2017 Competence assessment for inspection body and laboratory mandatory approval—General requirements for inspection body and laboratory， and gives corresponding measures and plans according to some requirements of the standard on institutions， personnel， site environment， equipment and facilities， and management system.
