卷包车间卷接包装在线检测装置升级研究

【摘要】在线检测装置有效性对产品外观质量至关重要，对物理指标过程控制起到重要的监控作用，随着各种检测技术在烟草企业应用，能有效提升工厂工艺质量管控水平，减少生产过程中的质量隐患及问题。

Abstract：The effectiveness of On-line detection device is crucial to the appearance quality of cigarette products，and plays an important role in monitoring the process control of physical indicators. With the application of various detection technologies in tobacco enterprises，the level of process quality control in factories can be effectively improved，and quality risks and problems in the production process can be reduced.

0前言

随着全面质量管理、精益生产、六西格玛精益管理等管理理论在烟草工业被推广应用，各种检测技术被用于监控卷制包装生产过程中产品质量，卷烟产品的质量发生质的提升，但是在线检测设备失效、漏剔、误剔造成质量异常波动，产生偶发质量缺陷，给车间带来质量隐患风险，如何在基于现有卷接包装设备，甚至装箱设备上进行改造创新，本文通过近几年市场的反馈信息、质量过程巡检、专检记录存在的缺陷风险，结合成熟的检测设备进行技术升级替换，对卷包车间质量缺陷防控体系的技术防控起到决定性作用。（剩余4290字）
