通用量具千分尺校准能力验证结果分析

【摘要】根据通用量具千分尺能力验证计划（SIMTPT2020G001）的结果，我院有两个校准点的En值的绝对值超过了0.7，从比对样品、实验室给出测量值、样品稳定性，以及不确定评估等方面进行了比较全面的分析，并对实验室参加校准能力验证出现En值超过预警值情况给出了操作评价建议。

Analysis of Calibration Ability Verification Results for Gauge-Micrometer

Abstract：The results of Guangdong Institution of Metrology taking part in ability verification program（SIMTPT2020G001）was introduced. Since the absolute value of the En value of two calibration points exceeds 0.7，we made a relatively comprehensive analysis from the aspects of the comparison sample，the measurement value of the laboratory and the uncertain evaluation. We also give our suggestions on how to evaluate the results of verifying the calibration ability.

通用量具千分尺（量程上限为25 mm，以下简称为千分尺）是机械制造中最常用的量具，其结构设计符合阿贝原则，具有测量精度高、方便使用、经久耐用的特点，是在制造业中特别是机械制造业生产、零部件和产品检验中普遍使用的计量器具。（剩余3534字）
