X射线荧光光谱分析仪在宝石鉴定中的应用

【摘要】X射线荧光光谱分析仪在珠宝实验室中主要是以测量贵金属成分及含量为主,其具有分析范围广、分析精度高的特点。利用X射线荧光光谱分析仪测定宝石中的主要元素,鉴别外观相似的宝石;通过测量宝石中的微量元素,区别宝石矿物的亚种;另外还介绍了宝石产地、产状的鉴定,合成宝石的鉴定,优化处理宝石的鉴定等。

Application of X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer in Gem Identification

Abstract:X-ray fluorescence spectrometer is mainly used to measure the composition and content of precious metals in the jewelry laboratory. It has the characteristics of wide analysis range and high analysis accuracy. The main elements in gemstones are determined by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer to identify gemstones with similar appearance. Distinguish the subspecies of gem minerals by measuring the trace elements in gemstones. In addition,it also introduces the identification of the origin and occurrence of gemstones,the identification of synthetic gemstones, and the identification of optimized gemstones.
