测氡仪检定装置的应用及不确定度分析

【摘要】测氡仪是最常用的测量空气中氡浓度的仪器。测氡仪定期检定是保证其量值传递可靠的有效途径。本文介绍了测氡仪检定装置概况及在校准测氡仪中的应用，详细分析了利用标准氡室校准测氡仪时不确定度的来源及评定方法，通过实例对不确定度进行了评定。

Application and Uncertainty Analysis of Calibration Device for Radon Measuring Instruments

Abstract：Radon measuring instrument is the most commonly used instrument for measuring radon concentration in air. Regular verification of radon measuring instrument is an effective way to ensure reliable transmission of measurement value. This paper introduces the general situation of the verification device of radon measuring instrument and its application in calibrating radon measuring instrument，analyzes in detail the uncertainty source and evaluation method of calibrating radon measuring instrument with standard radon chamber，and evaluates the uncertainty through an example.
