加强计量机构证书报告质量管理的措施研究

【摘要】证书报告质量是衡量计量技术机构综合能力的一个主要标志。为了加强证书报告质量管理，我院从加强人员管理、充分利用信息化技术、加大证书抽查力度和严格管控证书报告发放后的更改程序等几方面着手，取得了阶段性成效，对其他计量技术机构具有借鉴意义。

Research on Measures to Strengthen the Quality Management of Certificate Reports in Measurement Institutions

Abstract：The quality of certificate reports is a major indicator of the comprehensive capacity of measurement technology institutions. In order to strengthen the quality management of certificate reports，our hospital has achieved phased results by strengthening personnel management，making full use of information technology，increasing the strength of certificate spot checks，and strictly controlling the change procedures after the issuance of certificate reports，which is of reference significance to other measurement technology institutions.
