猫爪草化学成分及药理作用研究进展综述

【摘要】猫爪草为毛茛科植物小毛茛的干燥块根，具有有机酸、生物碱、香豆素、黄酮、多糖、多酚等多种化学成分，具有抗肿瘤、护肝、治疗肺结核、抗炎、抑菌、提高免疫力、抗氧化等多种药理作用。本文从猫爪草的化学成分、药理作用等方面进行综述，为猫爪草的研究提供参考依据。

A Review of the Research Progress on the Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of RANUNCULI TERNATI RADIX

Abstract：RANUNCULI TERNATI RADIX is the dried root tuber of Ranunculus japonicus，a plant of the Ranunculaceae family. It has various chemical components such as organic acids，alkaloids，coumarins，flavonoids，polysaccharides，polyphenols，and has various pharmacological effects such as anti-tumor， liver protection，treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis，anti-inflammatory，bacteriostatic，immune enhancement，and antioxidant. This article reviews the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Ranunculus majus in order to provide reference for the research of Ranunculus majus.

猫爪草为毛茛科植物小毛茛（Ranunculus ternatus Thunb.）的干燥块根，首载于《中药材手册》，而《中国植物志》初次命名其为猫爪草，“十三五”国家科技创新计划中指出猫爪草具有良好疗效，满足重要需求，是具有较大工业化前景的药物[1]。（剩余4957字）
