全要素管控的燃料标准化管理系统研究

【摘要】本文以燃料全要素管理为管控目标，综合运用自动化、信息技术、网络技术等，建立燃料从采购、接卸、储存、耗用的全生命周期的标准化管理体系，从而实现煤流、信息流的闭环管理，旨在探寻降低发电燃煤成本、提高发电机组运行经济性。

Research on Fuel Standardization Management System with Total Factor Control

Abstract：This paper takes the total factor management of fuel as the management and control goal，and comprehensively uses automation，information technology，network technology，etc. to establish a standardized management system for the whole life cycle of fuel from procurement，unloading， storage，and consumption，so as to achieve closed-loop management of coal flow and information flow，aiming to reduce the cost of power generation and coal burning，and improve the operating economy of power generation units.
