浅谈狭小肥槽内外墙模板与肥槽回填施工

【摘要】笔者参建的某工程中，基坑肥槽宽度仅为1 m，刨除护坡桩钢梁、锚具、钢丝头等实际操作空间仅剩0.6 m，操作难度较大，本文提出的地下室外墙模板单边立模加固以及肥槽回填方法是在本工程的实践基础上总结出来的，并提出了相应的质量控制措施和安全控制措施，以指导今后同类工程施工。

Discussion on the Construction of Internal and External Wall Formwork and Fertilizer Tank Backfill in Narrow Fertilizer Tank

Abstract：In a project that the author participated in，the width of the fat trough in the foundation pit is only 1 m，and the actual operation space is only 0.6 m except the steel beam，anchorage and steel wire head of the slope protection pile，which is difficult to operate. The methods of unilateral formwork reinforcement and backfilling of the fat trough for the basement exterior wall formwork proposed in this paper are summarized on the basis of the practice of this project，and the corresponding quality control measures and safety control measures are put forward，so as to guide the construction of similar projects in the future.

1概述

狭小肥槽内地下室外墙模板与肥槽回填施工，是采用通过预先等距焊接有燕尾卡的双脚手管焊到外侧钢板模上，然后进行吊装，再配合对拉螺栓、紧固螺栓将钢模板与内侧木模板进行固定，可实现单边操作，降低立模难度，提高立模效率；同时由于肥槽空间狭小，若采用土方进行回填，则会存在夯实机械无法进入工作面，若使用小型机械或人工夯实，则会降低回填施工效率，所以本工程采用固废混凝土进行肥槽回填，可以解决上述问题。（剩余3643字）
