公共建筑运行期防汛抗旱应急标准预案制定

【摘要】本文首先分析公共建筑运行期防汛抗旱应急标准预案制定的意义，分析当前我国防汛抗旱应急工作现状，提出若干公共建筑运行期防汛抗旱应急标准预案制定措施，最后以北京世界园艺博览会为例，分析公共建筑运行期防汛抗旱应急标准化预案制定主要流程。

Formulation of Emergency Standard Plan For Flood Control and Drought Relief in Public Buildings During Operation Period

Abstract：This paper first analyzes the significance of making emergency plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings，analyzes the current situation of emergency work for flood control and drought relief in China，and puts forward some measures for making emergency plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings. Finally，taking Beijing World Horticultural Exposition as an example，it analyzes the main process of making emergency standardized plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings.
