【摘要】本文从实验室合同评审的重要性、合同评审的种类和注意事项、评审步骤、评审结果的保存和修改等方面入手，对合同评审中的关键步骤进行了描述，希望能够使检测机构实施有效的合同评审工作，更好的服务检测过程。

How to do a Good Job of Contract Review in Inspection and Testing Work

Abstract：This paper starts from the importance of laboratory contract review， contract review types and matters for attention，review steps，the preservation and modification of the review results， and describes the key steps in the contract review，hoping to enable testing institutions to implement effective contract review work，better service testing process.

近几年，随着我国检验检测机构市场的逐步规范，国家市场监督管理总局于2021年6月1日出台了《检验检测机构监督管理办法》，并于2021年4月2日对《检验检测机构资质认定管理办法》进行了修订，预示着国家进一步规范和加强管理检验机构的决心，更好地发挥其公正检测职能，服务社会经济的目的。（剩余4092字）
