Abstract：This paper interprets the Liaoning provincial local standard DB21 / T 3582—2022 Technical guidelines for biosafety management of ecological environment monitoring，outlines the purpose，principles and main contents of the standard，and focuses on the analysis of several important technical indicators in the standard，so as to provide reference for relevant personnel to better apply this standard.
