四方铁工作角偏差的测量不确定度分析

【摘要】本文通过对四方铁工作角的偏差测量结果的不确定度进行概算,根据JJF 1130—2005《几何量测量设备校准中的不确定度评定指南》中目标不确定度合格判据U≤UT,确认本文提出的四方铁工作角的偏差的技术要求、测量原理、测量条件、测量方法和测量程序的科学性、经济性及可行性。

Abstract:This paper confirms the scientific,economical and feasible technical requirements,measurement principles,measurement conditions,measurement methods and measurement procedures of the square iron working angle deviation proposed in this paper by estimating the uncertainty of the measurement results of the square iron working angle deviation and according to the objective uncertainty qualification criterion U≤UT in JJF 1130—2005 Guidr to the Estimation of Uncertainty in Calibration of Geometrical Measuring Equipment.
