对箱式电阻炉校准方法探究
【摘要】本文依据JJF 1376—2012《箱式电阻炉校准规范》的内容,对箱式电阻炉构造特征和使用中的注意事项进行概述,并介绍了目前箱式电阻炉校准常用的方法,提出了箱式电阻炉校准方法中存在的问题,对箱式电阻炉校准方法进行了探究,提升了箱式电阻炉的校准水平,以供相关人员参考借鉴。

Research on Calibration Method of Box-type Resistance Furnace

Abstract:According to the contents of JJF 1376—2012 Calibration Specification for Box-type Resistance Furnace,this paper summarizes the structural characteristics and precautions in use of box-type resistance furnace,introduces the commonly used methods for the calibration of box-type resistance furnace,puts forward the problems in the calibration methods of box-type resistance furnace,probes into the calibration methods of box-type resistance furnace,improves the calibration level of box-type resistance furnace,and provides references for relevant personnel.

1箱式电阻炉概述
1.1构造特征
箱式电阻炉的构造特征主要有以下几点:1)外壳选用耐热防腐漆材;2)控制面板采用PID数字显示智能控制板,可靠性高、精密性高,配以电流表,结构新颖;3)炉门采用加厚型,结构更牢固,防止变形;4)炉衬采用优质保温棉,保温性能极佳;5)在不加热的情况下,炉膛的具体温度也会显示出来,方便观察炉膛的状态;6)布线简单,说明清晰,使用方便;7)具有过载、短路等保护功能;8)炉壳由优质厚板弯曲和焊接而成,炉子由耐火材料制成,加热元件置于炉体内,炉体和炉身之间由绝热材料堆叠。(剩余4090字)
