外径千分尺示值误差测量结果的不确定度评定

【摘要】本文选用四等量块对测量范围为0～25 mm，分度值为0.01 mm的千分尺进行测量，得到千分尺的示值误差，在千分尺检定规程上查表得知，0～25 mm外径千分尺的最大允许误差为±4μm，即此千分尺示值误差≤±4μm，在此基础上对外径千分尺示值误差进行不确定度的分析与评定。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement Results of Indication Error of Outside Micrometer

Abstract：In this paper，four equal measuring blocks are selected to measure the micrometer with a measuring range of 0～25 mm and a graduation value of 0.01 mm，and the indication error of the micrometer is obtained. According to the table on the micrometer verification regulation，the maximum allowable error of the 0～25 mm outside micrometer is±4μm. Namely，the indication error of the micrometer is≤±4μm. On this basis，the uncertainty of the indication error of the external diameter micrometer is analyzed and evaluated.
