Abstract:Thematchingand couplingof the employabilityoffour-year program university graduates with the demandsofemployersisakeyfactorinachieving high-qualityemploymentforstudents.Byusing thedistancecalculation method,the study analyzed the differences betweentheemployabilityofuniversity graduates and the demandof employers.Theresultsshow thatthegraduates need toposssstheability toacquire knowledge,theorganizational and reasoning skilsandhigh qualities tomeethedemandsofemployers;and thatthereisasignificant gap between the graduatesandthedemandsofemployers intermsofapplicationofknowledge,problem-solvingability,teamwork spirit, senseofresponsibilityandadaptability.Therefore,tonarow thegapbetweenthedemandsofthegraduatesandthoseof employersandfacilitate thesmooth employmentof graduates,effrtsshouldbemadefromthreeaspects:enhancing the awarenessofgraduatesregardingthesignificanceoftheiremployability,facilitating thecooperationbetweenuniversities andemployerstoincreasepracticalopportunities,andcreatingacollaborativetrainingmodelintegratingthegovernment, universities and employers.
