Abstract：Thematchingand couplingof the employabilityoffour-year program university graduates with the demandsofemployersisakeyfactorinachieving high-qualityemploymentforstudents.Byusing thedistancecalculation method，the study analyzed the differences betweentheemployabilityofuniversity graduates and the demandof employers.Theresultsshow thatthegraduates need toposssstheability toacquire knowledge，theorganizational and reasoning skilsandhigh qualities tomeethedemandsofemployers；and thatthereisasignificant gap between the graduatesandthedemandsofemployers intermsofapplicationofknowledge，problem-solvingability，teamwork spirit， senseofresponsibilityandadaptability.Therefore，tonarow thegapbetweenthedemandsofthegraduatesandthoseof employersandfacilitate thesmooth employmentof graduates，effrtsshouldbemadefromthreeaspects：enhancing the awarenessofgraduatesregardingthesignificanceoftheiremployability，facilitating thecooperationbetweenuniversities andemployerstoincreasepracticalopportunities，andcreatingacollaborativetrainingmodelintegratingthegovernment， universities and employers.
