服务业人才集聚有助于促进中国城市经济高质量发展吗

——与科技创新共轭作用的视角

Abstract：Using thedataof284 cities atorabove the prefectural level from2007to 2019 as samples，this study examines theimpactoftheinteractiverelationshipbetweenthetalentagglomerationinserviceindustryandtechnological innovationon the high-qualitydevelopmentof China’surbaneconomy.Theresults show that there is amutually reinforcingrelationship between thetalentagglomeration inservice industryand technological innovation，and the coordinateddevelopmentofthetwo systems playsasignificantroleinpromoting thehigh-qualitydevelopmentoftheurban economy.Mechanism testsshowthatthe talentagglomerationinservice industryandtechnologicalinovationare mutual mechanism variables in the process of infuencing the high-quality developmentof urbaneconomy.And both directly orindirectlythroughthe otherhaveapositive efecton the high-quality development ofurban economy.Heterogeneity analysisshows thattheconjugatepromotingefectoftalentagglomerationinserviceindustryand technologicalinnovation onthe high-qualitydevelopmentof urbaneconomyissignificantly strongerin high-agglomerationand high-innovation cities thaninlow-agglomerationandlow-innovationcities，andregional imbalance exists significantly.Meanwhile， asresource-basedcities thaturgentlyneedstoachieve high-qualitydevelopmentofurban economy through green transformation，theyhavenotyetmettheconditions toimprove totalfactorproductivitythroughthepositiveinteraction betweentalentagglomerationinserviceindustryandtechnological innovation.Basedonthis，itissuggestedthatwe shouldoptimizethediffrentiatedtalentintroductionsystem，andformulatepolicyguidancemeasuresatdiferentlevels andindifferentcategories；givefullplaytotheeffctivenessoftalentsandstimulatetheinnovativevitalityofcity；focus on the high-end service industry and cultivate top-notch innovative talents.
