金融素养对家庭消费的影响

Abstract:Based on the data of the China Household Finance Survey(CHFS),this study empiricall analyzes theimpactoffinancial literacyon householdconsumptionand its internal mechanisms.Theresearch also empirically examined the specific manifestations of this impact on household consumption volume,consumption structure upgrading,andconsumption mode transformation.Theresults indicate thatfinancial literacy hasasignificant positive impactonthetotalhouseholdconsumption;and thatfnancialiteracyhasasignificantpositiveimpactonfinancialredit constraints,wealth efects,andtheuseofcredit cards.Credit constraints,wealth efects,andtheuseofcredit cards respectivelyplayapartialmediatingrole intheprocessoffnancialiteracyonthegrowthoftotalhouseholdconsumption, the upgrading of consumption structure and the transformationof consumption paterns.Therefore,measures should be taken toimprove thefinancialeducationsystem,optimizethefinancialconsumptionenvironment,andexplore the market ofruralconsumption,inorder to stimulate thepotentialofhouseholdconsumptionandcomprehensivelydrive household consumption.
