Abstract：The paradigm shiftin creation triggered bygenerativeAIis deconstructing thevalue foundationof the traditionalcopyrightsystem.Generativetechnologiesrepresentedbythe Soramodel，throughdata-drivenparameter recombination，notonlycaneliminatetheuniquenessof human creativeacts butalsocan lead tothebreakdownof the “author-work”connectionandthe systemic failureof infringementremedymechanisms.It is urgently toreconstruct the copyright system.Studies have shown thatby means of blockchain-basedcertification and parameter translation technology，technicalvariables in thealgorithmic black box—such as style transfer intensityandadaptation possibility index-canbeconvertedintoquantifiablenormativefeaturevectors.Throughdynamiccoupling mechanismsandtripartite utility functions，the logicofadjudicativerule formulationcan bereshaped，establishing anelastic mapping between compensationstandardsandalgorithmic transparency，andthus promoting the transitionofthejudicialcognitionparadigm toparameter-drivenadjudication.Therefore，basedondataflowtopologyanalysisandthesetingoftechnicalcontribution thresholds，anew liability framework integrating risk classificationand preventiveremediescanbeconstructed.This provides theoretical supportand practicalsolutions forachievingthedynamic balancebetweenriskalocationjusticeand innovation incentives，and guiding the evolution of the copyright system toward areflexive legal order.
