Abstract:In viewofthe shortcomings ofage-friendly communication of smart cultural tourism platforms in the eraofAIandthediffculties facedbyelderlyusers,basedoncommunication theory,thisstudyselects39smartcultural tourismWeChatplatformsinQingdaoforempiricalanalysis.Byanalyzing theproblemsofage-friendlycommunication existing in visualcommunication,auditorycommunication,contentcommunication,and interactivecommunication of theseplatforms,itconductsaquestionnaire surveyontheuseof smartcultural tourism platforms bythe elderlyin Qingdao.Theresult shows that although the Qingdao smart cultural tourism platforms have madeactive explorations in theaspectsofvisualandauditorycommunicationfortheelderly,theirpopularityarestillnothigh;insuffcientinvestment incontentcommunication and interactive communication have made their shortcomings prominent,theawareness and usingratesamong elderlyaudiencearerelativelylow,and the imbalance betweensupplyanddemandisquiteobvious. Therefore,thesmart cultural tourism industry in Qingdao should accelerate thecomprehensive popularizationof smart technologyfortheelderlyandoptimizetheage-friendlycommunicationoftheQingdaosmartculturaltourismplatforms fromthree aspects:improving theaccuracyofage-friendlycommunication,increasing the warmth ofage-friendly communication,and enhancing the participation of age-friendly communication.
