妮娜皇后葡萄在甘肃天水的引种表现及栽培技术

Abstract: Queen Nina grape is a new red, large-berry interspecific hybrid cultivar developed through cross-breeding by the Fruit Tree Research Institute of the NARO Institute of Fruit Tree and Tea Science,Japan. Introduced to Maiji, Tianshui, Gansu Province for trial cultivation in2O19,it has demonstrated excellent performance traits through multi-year observation and optimized cultivation techniques.The cultivar exhibits an average cluster weight of 880.6g and an average berry weight of 21.6g . The berries feature a bright red skin and firm, crisp, juicy flesh. Key quality parameters include anaverage soluble solids content of 22.4% ,soluble sugar content of 19.3g/100g ,titratableacidityof 3.58g/kg, and a sugar-acid ratio of 53.91. The fruit also contains 2.11mg/100g of vitamin C and possesses a distinctive vinous aroma. Queen Nina exhibits superior quality and is wel-suited for cultivation in Maiji, Tianshui, and climatically similar regions.This paper also briefly introduces the cultivation techniques employed at the introduction site.
