褪黑素对蓝莓种子萌发和叶片生理特性的影响

Abstract: In order to improve the germination rate of seeds, enhance the vitality of autumn leaves,and accelerate the breeding process of new varieties of blueberry, rabbiteye blueberry varieties cv. Powderblue and Baldwin were used to explore the effects of melatonin on seed germination and physiological characteristics of autumn leaves. The results showed that the germination time of two varieties was different, and melatonin , ,500 μmol/L , 1000μmol/L )induced Baldwin seeds to germinate earlier.The germination rate increased first and then decreased with the increase of melatonin concentration, and the highest germination rate was found on melatonin with the increased germination rate by 20.08% and 15.61% compared with the control in Powderblue and Baldwin, respectively. melatonin also increased the SPAD value and chlorophyll a content of autumn leaves of blueberry, and had a more significant efect on Baldwin seedling. But it had little effect on chlorophyll b, carotenoid content, fresh weight, dry weight and water content of autumn leaves. Thus melatonin has a great application prospect in seed germination and vitality maintenance of autumn leaves, and provides a certain technical reference for the breeding of new varieties of blueberry.
